The e-Innovation Centre also offers limited office accommodation for established small to medium sized businesses in the form of grow on space totalling 900 Sqm. Grow-on space is available on a monthly lease.

Resident companies may also have access to projects run by the University of Wolverhampton, many of which are free to eligible companies. These services currently include product development, IT consultancy, environmental services.
