Shropshire Business Owners and Managers will be given the chance to experience a powerful marketing breakthrough as leading marketing professional, Carl Jarvis, stages a Marketing Exchange™ Workshop at the e-Innovation Centre, Telford, as part of the official Telford and Wrekin Enterprise Week, 12th to 18th November 2012.
This free to attend Marketing Exchange™ workshop will take place on Friday 16th November at 9am til 12noon, forming part of many other Business Enterprise initiatives being promoted by the Shropshire Enterprise Partnership and Telford & Wrekin Council, throughout that week. To book your place on the free workshop visit www.TheMarketingExchange.co.uk
The brainchild behind The Marketing Exchange™ is Carl Jarvis, who is an SME business accredited marketing professional who's also worked with such organisations as the various West Midlands and Shropshire based Chambers of Commerce, Business Links, DTI, LSC and Regional Development Agencies.
Now based at the e-Innovation Centre, Carl said: "In these tough and recession laden times, one of the biggest challenges facing Shropshire business owners is ineffective marketing, which we all know causes sales to fall, customers to dwindle and profits to shrink."
Carl stated: "The Marketing Exchange™ is an open forum, chaired by myself, where I get business owners and managers to raise their current marketing challenges, brainstorm their marketing ideas, and share their marketing successes, as well as sharing their marketing mistakes and mishaps, so they can all learn which costly marketing pitfalls to avoid."
Carl did stage a couple of successful pilot Marketing Exchange™ workshops with the Shropshire Chamber, a few years back, where Shropshire Chamber MD, Richard Sheehan, then said: "The feedback was so positive from the Chamber members who attended the last Shropshire Marketing Exchange that we had no hesitation in inviting Carl back once again."
Telford and Wrekin Council's, Enterprise Support Officer, Kim Hodgetts, said: "Having told Carl all about the Telford Enterprise Week, at Telford's recent Business Growth Show, Carl immediately said he would consider resurrecting his Marketing Exchange workshops to help bolster our planned activities. We were delighted to gain his involvement, especially for the local SME business community, as this kind of workshop will not only help businesses improve their marketing efforts but it also embraces the spirit of the Enterprise Week by getting local entrepreneurs to work collaboratively together to stimulate their future high-growth."
Kim continued: "In fact, if you'd like to discuss your most pressing marketing challenge with Carl directly, before the workshop, he'll be on The Marketing Exchange™ stand, as an exhibitor at our Enterprise Exhibition 'YES YOU CAN', which will be held at the International Centre Telford on Tuesday 13th November 2012, 1pm til 7pm."
