Business Funding Alternatives

Need capital for your business but don’t know where to start looking?

Finding sources of funding is crucial for most businesses. There are now various legitimate funding alternatives available to assist companies at different stages of the business life cycle.  Join us at this informative workshop to find out what different funding options could be available for your business:

Date:              Wednesday 11 December

Time:              9.00am – 11.00am

Venue:           PC108, Creative Industries Centre,

University of Wolverhampton Science Park

  • Crowd Funding: Paul Landa, from Zeckro Web Solutions, will provide an insight into this alternative funding method where groups of people pool their finances to fund a business venture.

  • Venture Capital: Tim Powell, from Minerva, will discuss how funding business growth with equity finance is not for everyone but when it is the right type of capital then access to long term funding with investor skills and experience can make the difference between failure and fulfilling potential.

  • Asset Finance: Alison Bradley, from Central Finance, will give an overview of Asset Finance and the grant schemes that can be used in conjunction with this type of finance together with an overview of other finance alternatives.

By understanding the different funding options available, businesses will be able to evaluate all the options and choose the right funding source for their company.

There is no charge for this event but spaces are strictly limited so please book early to avoid disappointment:
