EIC Security Barriers Installed

In the ongoing effort to improve the tenant experience at the e-innovation centre, interior security barriers have been installed. The new feature will mean an extra layer of security for businesses as well as an improved electronic sign-in system using ID cards which have been assigned to tenants.

This is a significant and much needed improvement on the previous paper sign-in system that should promote safety and make for a speedier and more efficient process.

Centre Manager Lynsey Whitfield said: “We have been planning to improve sign-in procedures for some time, and the new barrier is an essential evolution of the building’s function. eIC is a modern working environment and the new system definitely reflects this.”

Bronze at UK India Tech Summit

Bronze Labs recently took a trip to India as they were one of only 30 companies representing the UK at the UK India Tech Summit in Delhi.

The UK is this year’s partner country for the event, supported by the Government of India and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), which provides a platform for promoting technology-intensive trade and investments between the two countries.

Bronze are a multi-award winning innovative technologies firm, housed at eIC, that offer scalable, real-time enterprise and research and development solutions for organisations with a requirement to aggregate Big Data across the Internet of Things (IoT) and Smart Cities.

The summit was a chance to showcase their business to some of the world’s most important industry and political figures, one of whom was Prime Minister, Theresa May.

After meeting with representatives from Bronze, the PM later said: “Bronze Labs is an ambitious and outwards-looking firm with the sort of zeal we need to help drive the country’s economy.”
